Hello, and happy New Year from the Pointe Santo Rentals unit, D35! What a beautiful January it has been! Beautiful, clean beaches and gulf, marvelous sunsets, and wildlife galore! Check out this sunset from the other night.
Just gorgeous at Pointe Santo! And, great news. You definitely do not need VRBO Sanibel or VRBO Pointe Santo anymore. Save the hidden fees and go directly to the Pointe Santo website. This will allow you to easily narrow your search and will save you time and money!
Hope to see you on the beach and at Pointe Santo D35 soon!Read More >>
Spring has arrived and the Sanibel rentals are doing well! Lots of families have been relaxing and playing at the beachfront condo of Pointe Santo D35 while on their spring break. The weather is perfect, the beach is clean, and the gulf water is clear and beautiful!
Stay at Pointe Santo D35 for your Sanibel Island vacations to experience what makes this such a unique place. With 67% of the island set aside in conservation lands, Sanibel is protected from over development in the future and will always remain a beautiful sanctuary island.
Are you a sheller? The beachfront at the Pointe Santo condos is the place to be. While other barrier islands are parallel to the coast, Sanibel’s shoreline runs perpendicular to the mainland. This results in over 250 different species of shells washing up our beaches. And, Pointe Santo has the widest beach on the island!
Looking for a casual lunch or dinner to take home? These are 2 of my favorite places. The Pecking Order has wonderful broasted chicken with all of the traditional sides. http://thepeckingordersanibel.com
Another great and brand new place is the Paper Fig Kitchen. Everything is made from scratch including hors d’oeuvres, soups, salads, entrees and sides. They always have daily specials too. Having a party? They cater! http://paperfigkitchen.com
Keep visiting our website. You won’t get recommendations like this on a VRBO Pointe Santo website.

Sanibel is beautiful! We had a hurricane free season in southwest Florida. We did have a short visit from Red Tide but it is now gone and the beach at the Pointe Santo condominiums is clean and the Gulf is clear and a beautiful aqua color.
Our condo, Pointe Santo D35, underwent a concrete restoration project this summer, as did the other units in the D building. Our lanai was rescreened after the project, and we replaced the flooring with a beautiful, plank style, porcelain.
Pointe Santo replaced all of the grills this summer and they heat up very fast and hot. It’s easy to grill your favorite meal, then make it out to the beachfront for sunset. And, this green flash was captured just last week!
One of my favorite restaurants in Sanibel is the Sandbar. It’s very close to the Pointe Santo condos for a quick drive, or an easy walk. They know how to prepare fish better than anywhere on the island. They also have great steaks and a fabulous pork chop. http://sanibelsandbar.com
